We seek volunteers to join our production team for our Lightning Talks events. These events are a cornerstone of our community, where individuals from all walks of tech life come together to share their ideas, experiences, and insights in short, dynamic presentations. To ensure the success of these events, we need a dedicated team that includes:

1. Hosts: These individuals will introduce our participants to the audience, setting the stage for engaging discussions and thought-provoking talks.
2. Videographers: Capture the magic of our Lightning Talks by recording the presentations. Your skills behind the camera will help us preserve valuable content for our community.
3. Photographers: Freeze memorable moments in time with your photography skills. Your images will document the event and provide a visual journey through our vibrant community.
4. Video Stream Setup and Support: Ensure our events reach a wider audience by setting up and managing video streaming. Your technical expertise will be invaluable in bringing our talks to tech enthusiasts worldwide.

As a part of the production team, you will have the opportunity to:

Contribute to the creation of our weekly events. Engage with participants and foster connections within the tech community. Work behind the scenes to ensure smooth event operations. Collaborate in the promotion of our events before and after they occur.
